Ingredients
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ¾ cup whole-grain flour
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil or butter, melted
- 1 egg (or flax egg)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir in wet ingredients until combined.
