Ingredients
- 4 medium apples
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core apples and place in a baking dish.
- Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, and sweetener.
- Spoon mixture into the apples.
- Add water to the dish and cover loosely with foil.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until apples are soft.
Serving ideas
- Serve warm with yogurt or plant-based yogurt
